Fitness Classes-Kick Fit
Kick Fit focuses on improved health and having fun. Weight loss, strength building, core strength, better cardio and more are benefits that relieve stress while crushing calories and toning your muscles. This circuit workout uses basic boxing, Kun Khmer (Muay Thai) kicking & punching techniques along with skipping, bag and focus mitt work in an authentic boxing training environment.
Programs are for teens and mixed men and women.
